At Love Attack, we take pride in creating high-quality hair accessories designed for everyday wear. Please review our Returns & Warranty Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Manufacturing Defects & Warranty Coverage

We offer a 6-month limited warranty from the date of purchase for manufacturing defects on Love Attack claw clips and accessories purchased online.

If you believe your item is defective, please contact us within 6 months of purchase with the following:

  • Clear photo(s) of the defect

  • Your order number

  • Full name and email used at checkout

Once reviewed and approved, we will offer one (1) exchange for the same item or an item of equal value (subject to availability).

No refunds are offered. Warranty claims are eligible for exchange only.

Important Inspection Notice

Customers are required to inspect all items immediately upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order. Delayed reports may void eligibility.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear over time

  • Breakage due to misuse, improper handling, or accidents

  • Damage caused by dropping, bending, sitting on, or forcing the clip

  • Exposure to excessive heat, moisture, or chemicals

  • Loss or theft

  • Cosmetic changes over time (scratches, minor scuffs, tension loosening)

While cellulose acetate is stronger, more flexible, and more durable than traditional plastic, no claw clip is indestructible or designed to last forever.

Exchange Limits & Policy Abuse

  • Only one exchange per customer is permitted under this policy

  • Any abuse, excessive claims, or fraudulent activity will void warranty eligibility

  • Love Attack reserves the right to deny claims that fall outside the intent of this policy

In-Store Purchases

If your Love Attack item was purchased in-store or online from a retailer, all returns and exchanges must be handled directly through the store of purchase.

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • The retailer’s own return and exchange policies apply

  • Love Attack cannot process in-store warranty claims directly

Final Sale Items

All items marked final sale are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange unless deemed defective under the terms of this warranty.

Additional Notes

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Replacement items are not eligible for further warranty coverage beyond the original purchase date

  • Colours, patterns, and acetate finishes may vary slightly due to the nature of the material — this is not considered a defect

International Orders

We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs or international carriers. Once your package is in transit, delays can occur that are outside our control.
Because of this, we cannot cancel, refund, or modify international orders due to customs-related issues, inspections, or holds.
