Manufacturing Defects & Warranty Coverage

We offer a 6-month limited warranty from the date of purchase for manufacturing defects on Love Attack claw clips and accessories purchased online.

If you believe your item is defective, please contact us within 6 months of purchase with the following:

• Clear photo(s) of the defect
• Your order number
• Full name and email used at checkout

Once reviewed and approved, we will offer one (1) exchange for the same item or an item of equal value (subject to availability).

No refunds are offered. Warranty claims are eligible for exchange only.

Important Inspection Notice

Customers are required to inspect all items immediately upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order. Delayed reports may void eligibility.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear over time
• Breakage due to misuse, improper handling, or accidents
• Damage caused by dropping, bending, sitting on, or forcing the clip
• Exposure to excessive heat, moisture, or chemicals
• Loss or theft
• Cosmetic changes over time (scratches, minor scuffs, tension loosening)

While cellulose acetate is stronger, more flexible, and more durable than traditional plastic, no claw clip is indestructible or designed to last forever.

Exchange Limits & Policy Abuse

• Only one exchange per customer is permitted under this policy
• Any abuse, excessive claims, or fraudulent activity will void warranty eligibility
• Love Attack reserves the right to deny claims that fall outside the intent of this policy

In-Store Purchases

If your Love Attack item was purchased in-store or online from a retailer, all returns and exchanges must be handled directly through the store of purchase.

• Proof of purchase is required
• The retailer’s own return and exchange policies apply
• Love Attack cannot process in-store warranty claims directly
